The People
We've been 3 generations who produce the wine in Mâconnais at the Château de la Greffière. Therefore, it's with experience and determination that we produce each year wines with differents aromas and very expressive.

Geography and Grapes-Variety
Our wine growing estate is in La Roche Vineuse, in Mâconnais, in the south of Burgundy. This area is pretty hilly can offer different appellations as "Mâcon La Roche Vineuse". We are working with 4 Burgundy grapes varieties, "Chardonnay, Aligoté" for white wines and "Pinot noir, Gamay" for red wines. It's not a coincidence that we use those grapes as they match perfectly with the soil to make quality wine. As we can see with all the different AOC in the area, the grapes give us various characteristics and offer rich wines such as "Bourgogne" or "Saint Véran". Thanks to this geography place, we can offer you 8 different appellations at the winery.

Terroir
More than half of the vineyard are close to the winery. The clay and calcareous soil combined with a south west exposure, gives us rounded and mineral wines.
