From a 2.5ha area, the Mâcon V.V. is a blend of 3 vineyards of vines older than 50 years, and aged in 100% oak barrel, 10% new and the remainder in barrels that are up to 10 years used. This wine has twice achieved Wine Spectator's annual "Top 100" list.

Terroir: Clay and calcareous soil
Area: 2 Ha 50a
Wine-making: The grapes stay 8 days in the tank for the skin fermentation, then get a soft pressing. After the malolactic fermentation, we bottle.
Tasting: eye, crimson nose, berries, aroma mouth: very light wine
