Variety: Chardonnay
Terroir: South-facing slope at 15% and 250-meters elevation,  Quarternary clay-limestone soil (Lower Aalenian)
Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
Vinification: Whole-cluster pressing, light settling, fermentation and aged for 18 months in barrel (25% new).

Vineyards are planted at a density of 9,000 vines per hectare. Harvest is done by hand and the average yield is 40 hL/ha.
