Wine Information
Attractive green-gold colour  Nose suggest aromas of white peach and Williams pear.  In the mouth the wine is unctuous, smooth and very well-rounded.  Excellent freshness and minerality in the finish.
 
Variety: Chardonnay
Terroir: Southeast-facing slope at 8% grade, 230-meters elevation, quarternary clay-limestone soil (Bathonien Bajocien)
Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
Vinification: Grapes pressed directly, light settling in stainless steel tank. Fermentation and aged for 10 months in barrel (25% new).
 

Vineyards are planted at a density of 8,500 vines per hectare. Harvest is done by hand, and the average yield is 55 hL per hectare.
