Wine Information
Attractive green-gold colour Nose suggest aromas of white peach and Williams pear. In the mouth the wine is unctuous, smooth and very well-rounded. Excellent freshness and minerality in the finish.

Terroir: Southeast-facing slope at 8% grade, 230-meters elevation, quarternary clay-limestone soil (Bathonien Bajocien)
Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
Vinification: Grapes pressed directly, light settling in stainless steel tank. Fermentation and aged for 10 months in barrel (25% new).
