Attractive green-gold colour  Nose suggest aromas of white peach and Williams pear.  In the mouth the wine is unctuous, smooth and very well-rounded.  Excellent freshness and minerality in the finish.

Vinification
Direct pressing, gentle settling in stainless steel vats, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels (¼ new, ¼ 1 year old, ¼ 2 years old, ¼ 3 years old). 10 months' elevage in barrel.  Racking and gentle filtration before bottling.  No fining.
