Vinification: Gentle pneumatic pressing, no pump-overs, long fermentation. Aged for 12 months in 300L and 600L barrels (0-5% new oak), followed by 6-12 months blending in tank.

Vines are planted at a density of 11,000 to 20,000 vines per hectare. Annual production is approximately 550 cases.
