Terroir: In the valley between St.-Aubin and Puligny, middle to top of a steep (40% grade) hill, facing south/southwest, shallow soil on hard limestone bedrock.
Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
Vinification: Gentle pressing, light settling, fermentation and aged for 12 months in 300L and 600L barrels, followed by 6-12 months blending in tank.

 

Annual production is approximately 700 cases.
