Terroir: Northern Nuits-St-Georges, moderate slope, light-colored sand and gravel soil
Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
Vinification: 50% whole-cluster, short cold maceration before fermentation, rapid de-vatting. Aged for 12 months in barrel (30% new), 5 months settling in tank, unfiltered.
Additional Info: This cuvée is made from purchased grapes. Work in the cellar is in function of the lunar cycle.
