Domaine Marcel Deiss Alsace Muscat de Bergheim
Wine Information
This wine is produced on the best terroirs of Bergheim (Altenberg and Pflänzer). The limestone soils are fertile with good water reserves. On this type of terroir, Muscat should be monitored carefully for its yield and acidity levels. However, the balance is ensured by bunch-thinning and by early harvesting, producing a very interesting, terroir-focused Muscat.
