This cuvée is sourced from purchased fruit from vines in Mazoyères. 

Variety: Pinot Noir
Terroir: Red topsoil (oxidized iron), limestone pebbles, high active chalk in bedrock
Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
Vinification: Whole-cluster pressing, cold maceration, rapid de-vatting. Aged for 12 months in barrel (80-100% new), 5 months settling in tank, unfiltered.
