Wine Information
Our philosophy is to preserve the terroirs and the sustainability of the vine stock. We always work with a view to optimizing microbial life and preventing soil erosion.
 
It is essential to manage the balance of each vine in relation to its environment. We therefore pay particular attention to pruning and de-budding operations. 
 
We cultivate 9.5 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and 2.5 of Pinot Noir on "caillottes" (dry stony chalk), "white earth" (chalky clay) and some flint soils. It is the blend of these terroirs that gives our wines their typical characteristics and consistency over the years.
