Maison Ambroise Aries

ARIES is one of the constellations of the zodiac and the name of its principal star. The grapes from ARIES exclusively come from Bertrand Ambroise’s Pinot Noir vineyards of Burgundy, which he has carefully selected and assembled from a selection of his different villages’ appellations.
This blend is composed of 50% from Bertrand's Bourgogne Rouge Viielles Vignes and 50% wines from Nuits-Saint-Georges, Morey- Saint-Denis, Pernand-Vergelesses, Volnay, Pommard… in various quantities. As opposed to a single designation Burgundy, each villages’ origins show their individual characteristics in ARIES through its fruit, body, finesse and power. This wine is 50% aged in new oak for 12 months, which uplifts the aromas’ quality.
Different from the rest of the Ambroise’s range of bottlings, it has a unique label and sports a convenient screw cap, packaged in an elegant bottle.
