Viticulture: Certified organic, biodynamic methods
Vinification: Indigenous yeast fermentation in classic Burgundian barrels. Aged for 12 months in barrel, additional 6 months in stainless steel tank, racked pre-bottling.
This wine has fresh citrus fruit aromas, an unctuous structure on the palate with great elegance and concentration, and a long, sea-spray finish. Approximately 170 cases of this cuvée are produced each year, depending on the vintage.
