Vinification: At least 70% de-stemmed, 4-8 days cool maceration, 2-3 weeks indigenous yeast fermentation and maceration (punch-downs rare). Aged for 14 to 20 months in barrel (50%-75% new oak).
This 1er Cru lies at the very north of Nuits-St-Georges, bordering Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Malconsorts.
