Terroir: Middle of the Chez Blondin lieu-dit, steep, southwest-facing hillside, 8,500 vines per ha density
Viticulture: Certified organic (since 2008), biodynamic conversion
Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, indigenous yeast fermentation, 6 months maceration, all in amphora. Pressed by hand. Aged for6 months in amphora, no added sulfur.
