A blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah, the Cotes du Rhone Parallele 45 Rose comes across as significantly less tutti-frutti than some past vintages, instead offering hints of dried spices and crushed stone. It still shows redmberry flavors and some peachy notes, but this medium-bodied wine finishes with sufficient citrusy acids to be refreshing.
