Terroir: 5-15% slope, facing east, clay soil with rocky limestone subsoil
Viticulture: Organic (certified), biodynamic methods
Vinification: Whole-cluster pressing, indigenous yeast alcoholic fermentation. Racked after malolactic. Aged for 18-22 months on fine lees, blended in tank, fining if necessary.

 

This is a small parcel with generous yields and a high proportion of old vines. The team uses a combined replantation method, with a blend of massal selection and clonal selection (at least 5 different types). Pruning is mostly Guyot, with some Cordon Royat. Rootstock is 161-49.
