Terroir: Blend of older vines (En La Barre, En Luraules, Les Crotots, Clos de la Baronnne) and younger vines (1er Cru Charmes, 1er Cru Genevrières, Clos de la Barre).
Viticulture: Organic (certified), biodynamic methods
Vinification: Whole-cluster pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in barrel, racked after malolactic. Aged for 18-22 months on fine lees, blending in tank, light fining if necessary.
Combined replantation method, with a blend of massal selection and clonal selection (at least 5 different types). Pruning is mostly Guyot, with some Cordon Royat.
