Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, indigenous yeast fermentation, minimal intervention. Aged for 20 months in barrel (30% new).
A selection of the domaine’s oldest and highest quality vines, the average yield is from 25 to 35 hL per hectare depending on the vintage.
