The nose delivers a wide vista of ripe pinot fruit. Good acidity and tannin and quite enough fruit ‘glue’ to hold everything together. Some bitter chocolate tannin towards the finish. - Burgundy Report

Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, short cold maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 12 months, 50% in stainless steel tank, 50% in older barrels. Blending before bottling.
