Vinification: Whole clusters pressed; no foulage; indigenous yeast alcoholic fermentation, full malos, and 18 months' aging in 6-7% new oak (most 1-3 years old) barrels.

 

Planted to the density of 10,000 vines per hectare (higher than the typical 6,500 to 8,000 vines per hectare in the Mâconnais).
