Vinification: Whole-cluster pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 11 months, 80% in tank, 20% in 228L barrels (older oak).

 

The appellation of Pouilly-Vinzelles is only 52 hectares (128.5 acres) large, in comparison to neighboring Pouilly-Fuissé, which is 750 hectares (1,850 acres).
