New for 2010, the nose of this Gevrey-Chambertin wine glows with red fruit and shows a seamless texture on the palate. Suave and elegant with a touch of cherry, fresh minerals complete a fine finish.

Terroir: Northern end of Gevrey, mid-slope, shallow red/brown soil, purple-veined bedrock
Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, indigenous yeast fermentation, 15 days maceration in tank. Aged for 18 months in barrel (20% new), unfined, unfiltered.
