Terroir: 370-meters elevation with a 20% grade, facing south/southwest, borders Dezize-lès-Maranges, well-draining stony limestone scree soils, substrate of blue/black marl with fossils.
Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, 4-5 days cold maceration in wooden tanks, gentle punch-downs. Aged for 18 months in barrel (10% new). Racking to stainless steel tanks for blending.
