Cherry-red in color, this Pinot Noir's nose is full of ripe, soft fruit and hints of mineral. Smooth palate, the creamy fruit help the finish. A modern styled wine that is comparable to a premier cru or maybe even a Grand Cru.

Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, pneumatic press, indigenous yeast fermentation in uncovered wooden tanks. Aged for 16 months in older oak barrels, then a few months blending in tank.
