Vinification: 75% de-stemmed, 4 to 5 days cold (13-14°C) maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation, 15 to 21 days in tank. Aged for 12 months in older oak barrels.
This blend is sourced from three different parcels which are all co-planted with Gamay and Pinot Noir.
