Vine Age: Planted in early 1960s, mid-1980s
Terroir: From Rognet et Corton (at 320m altitude, limestone soil with Callovian marls) and Le Charlemagne (clay-limestone soils with Pernand white marls)
Viticulture: Organic and lutte raisonnée
Vinification: Pressing, 24 hours' settling, alcoholic fermentation and 1 year aging in older oak barrels (no bâtonnage). Racked to stainless steel tank 3 months before bottling.
