Wine Information 
Made from Trebbiano Abruzzese massal selection grapes; vine age – 55 years average in 2015; grown on soils of mainly limestone with gravel-sandy subsoil. Fermented in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeast. Aged in stainless steel. Aged for 10 months. Transparent brilliant, light yellow with green tinges. Fresh aromas of apricot, grapefruit, jasmine and orange blossom, anise. Crisp and clean with zippy aromas and flavors of green apple, anise and almond. On the palate, finishes with noteworthy balance, length and sneaky concentration. An excellent accompaniment to seafood and vegetable appetizers, freshwater fish, eggs, fried food.
