Xavier Frissant is a personality who loves his terroir. His vineyard is led in sustainable viticulture with a heavy weed pressure pragmatic. The work of the soil between the ranks is systematic to aerate the soles and obtain its fullest flowering. The family Frissant carried out work in green such as the tease and green harvesting which allow to improve the maturity of the grapes and to limit the yields. The vintages are performed manually with yields failbles for AOC.
