Wine Information
Trockenbeerenauslese (“dried berries selection”) comes from grapes that have been affected by noble rot, a condition that allows the grapes to dry out completely, shriveling like raisins. When pressed, the juice from these grapes is very sweet and concentrated, creating wines with complexity and rich flavors. This Rosenmuskateller TBA is a deep rose color, offering subtle aromas reminiscent of hibiscus, rose oil, tangerine zest, strawberries and cherries. 

Style: Light, Refreshing

Flavor: Citrus, Nutmeg, Blossom

Fermentation: Fermented in new oak barrels. 

Aging: Matured in new oak barrels for 18 months.
