Beerenauslese Cuvée

Kracher Beerenauslese Cuvée

Wine Information
Beerenauslese (“selected berry harvest”) is a sweet dessert wine made from extremely ripe grapes affected by "noble rot” – the botrytis fungus that gives the resulting wine its characteristic rich, sweet taste. This bright yellow wine has an aroma of mandarin and blossom honey with hints of caramel. With yellow peach and melon flavors and a powerful, lively acid structure, the wine offers pleasing minerality and a balanced finish.
