Vineyard Description:
The estate 120-acre Timber Crest Vineyard is located off Dry Creek Road. Our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard borders Dry Creek itself, directly across from the winery. The soil composition of this vineyard is Yolo Sandy Loam and the clone is Musqué. Our canopy management included an extensive amount of leaf pull at the basal leaf zone to filter in plenty of sunlight to the cluster.

Winemaker Notes:
Picking our Sauvignon Blanc at different ripeness levels gives this wine versatility and complexity. With natural acidity and citrus elements bestowed by the earlier pick, and juicy, tropical flavors as a result of the later pick, this Sauvignon Blanc is a layered and complex wine. Layered with notes of lime and fresh cut nectarine. To further enhance the mouthfeel, we barrel- fermented 100% of the wine in Acacia wood barrels and stirred them weekly.
