The Wine

The Yarden Merlot displays ripe red and black fruit characters, along with aromatic notes of fresh herbs, tangerine, cedar, earth and French oak. With full body, this Merlot is wonderfully flavorful and elegantly drinkable.

While enjoyable to drink now, the Yarden Merlot will develop in the bottle in the coming years, and remain in excellent drinking condition for up to a decade from harvest. Try pairing this food-friendly wine with rare roast beef, Mediterranean lamb kebabs, or blackened salmon fillets.
