The Yarden Gewurztraminer features appealing litchi, apricot, peach, mango, apple and passion fruit notes, along with spice and floral characters. Just off-dry, this medium-bodied wine is flavorful and complex.
Ready to drink now, Yarden Gewurztraminer will improve in the bottle for about 18 months from harvest, and remain in excellent drinking condition for some three years from vintage. Wonderful alone as an aperitif, the wine pairs beautifully with Thai chicken laksa, pizza bianca with basil and burrata, or even grilled free-range veal chops.
