The Wine
The Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon features attractive fruit characters of ripe cherries, plums and raspberries, intermingling with complex notes of earth and herb, all with a background of elegant French oak. With pleasantly opulent body and a lingering finish, this is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon.
While ready to drink now, the Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon will improve with a few years of bottle aging, and should remain in outstanding drinking condition for some 10-15 years from harvest. Try pairing the wine with pan-seared strip steaks, grilled rosemary lamb chops, or tofu and wild-mushroom stew.
