The Wine

The Yarden Blanc de Blancs displays delicate lemon, lime and pear fruit notes, intermingling with white flowers, toasted bread and intriguing mineral characters. With bright acidity, this classic sparkling wine is elegant, lively and tasty.

While ready to drink upon release, Yarden Blanc de Blancs will age well up to a decade or so from vintage. Enjoy the wine served alone as an aperitif, or pair it with grilled sea bass, assorted sushi, or a selection of savory canapés.

The Yarden Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay fruit harvested from our vineyards in the northern Golan Heights, the coolest viticultural area in Israel. This sparkling wine is made strictly by the traditional method, including pressing of whole clusters and secondary fermentation in the bottle. Disgorging commenced after seven years of bottle aging on the tirage yeast.
