The Mount Hermon Indigo features fruit notes of raspberry and black cherry, characters of aniseed and cocoa, and hints of flowers and earth. Medium-bodied, this wine is a great combination of satisfying flavor and easy drinkability.

The Mount Hermon Indigo is best enjoyed upon release and up to some three years from harvest. Give the wine a go with grilled lamb chops, a crispy pizza or garlic-parmesan roasted mushrooms.
