Wine Information
We strive for a friendly Merlot, with explosive red fruit flavors that is well-balanced and textured and juicy on the palate.

Varietals: 85% Merlot; 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petite Verdot

Winemaking: Grapes are fermented 12 days at 85F. Wine undergoes extended maceration on skins up to 21 days to maximize varietal expression.

Aging: 6 months in oak
