From the left side of the Serein River, the Vaillons wine is made from the vineyards “Châtains”, “Côte Vaillons”, “Epinottes”, “Les Roncières” and “Sécher”. The Vaillons shows the classic Chablis style with dry mineral aromas. Vivid and intense, the vibrant energy is blended with ripe white fruit aromas. Lime-clay soils with Kimmeridgian fossils. Fermentation and maturing in stainless steel tanks.
Domaine Servin is a prominent estate with 32 hectares of vines across the unique terroir of Chablis, where the rich, old, limestone clay soils and the cool climate produce one of the world's finest Chardonnays. Seventh generation winemaker François Servin has crafted a classic Premier Cru in 2011 - a stylish, full-bodied wine to savour with fine cuisine from oysters to blanquette de veau.
