This Riesling is Mineral with a well marked and structured acidity, it will gain in complexity as it ages (between 5 and 8 years) it excels with fish and shellfish.
Alluvial soil of the Fecht alluvial fan located on the banks of Turckheim. The sandy alluviums are rich in clay (22%) and free from limestone. These alluvial-siliceous soils outcrop and are locally covered with deposits or loessic silt.
