Naturé: old name of Savagnin. From plots planted on blue and gray marl soil. The grapes are harvested late, by hand, in order to have a sufficient degree for a better expression of their character. Long and delicate pressing, natural fermentation and bottling without filtration. It surprises with its aromatic palette, with a dominant floral and fresh. Goes well with fish and seafood, white meat and spicy curry dishes.
