Wine Information
The Clos Maire cuvée is the vinification of red Trousseau and Pinot Noir grapes from the same vine in complantation. The grapes are destemmed directly from the vineyard, manually, and the grains arrive intact in the winery: a semi-carbonic maceration gives this wine lots of freshness and exceptional fruitiness. Ideal with spicy dishes as well as red meats.
