Type of Soil: Clay and pebbles.
Grape Variety: Grenache 60%, Syrah 15%, Mourvedre 15%, Cinsault 10%
Yield: 30 hectoliters / hectares
Vinification: The vines are around 40 years old. The grapes are harvested manually, the harvest is totally destemmed. Fermentation is followed by thermoregulation, it lasts from 20 to 30 days.
Breeding: The wines are aged in concrete tanks and demi-muids over a period of 12 months.
Tasting: The wine has aromas of spices, black fruit, cherry and liquorice. The tannins are dense, the mouth is fresh and elegant. It presents notes of jam and black cherries.
