Terroir and Expression: This wine comes from two very different plots:

The place called "Les Planchots" (55 years old) located on the plain, on a deep soil with a sandy structure, gives a rich and oily wine dominated by aromas of citrus fruits (grapefruit ..) and dried fruits.

The place called "Les Vermots" (15 years old) located on hillsides on a limestone soil, gives a lively wine with a dominant mineral and fruity (peach…).

The combination of these two plots gives a very aromatic and round balanced wine.

Maturing: 12 months in barrels - new barrel, 25%
Guard: Wine of pleasure, Savigny can be appreciated from its first year of bottling
