Maturing: 12 months in barrels - New barrel: 25%.
Expression: This beautiful ruby red wine seduces with the elegance and liveliness it exudes. Its pure nose combines fruit and minerality specific to the locality. On the palate, the structure is harmonious, fresh and of good length, all the subtlety of a vine of respectable age.
Guard: Very pleasant in its youth, it has a very good capacity of guard (7-10 years).
Food: Eggs in meurette, roasted poultry or in sauce, veal, lamb, game birds…
Serving Temperature: 14-16 ° C
