Wine Information
From 8 hectares of different parcels in cru Côte du Py. Vines average 55 years of age.
Schist soil, called “roche pourrie” (rotten rock), is composed of blue stones rich in iron oxide and manganese.
Vineyards are farmed using organic principles. “Gobelet” pruning method is used. The grapes are sorted by hand on the vine.
Whole cluster semi carbonic maceration for 14 days (25°C/26°C) in tank. Racking (décuvage) and blending (assemblage) of “goutte” and “presse” wines.
