Location : Northern Côtes du Rhône, on the east bank of the Rhone river. The climate is continental with a Mediterranean influence.

Terroir : Glacial alluviums of smooth pebbles
Age of the vines : 10 to 35 years
Yields : 35Hl/Ha – 2.1 T /acre.
Grape varieties : 100% Syrah
Vinification : The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed, then cold macerated and fermented in open concrete vats with regular temperature control. During this period, the winemaker treads, punches and pumps over several times.
Type of ageing : The wine is divided (35% in new barrels, 35% in one-year barrels, the rest in 2-3-year barrels) and left to mature for 13 months.
Tasting note : Deep gleaming ruby red. A lovely aromatic complexity with cherry and violet, ending on notes of mocha and spices. The mouth brings out fine, silky lingering tannins. This is a wine with elegance, fineness and delicacy.
