Typical northern Rhone Syrah notes of smoked meat, iodine, spices, coffee grind, and red and dark fruit.

Tasting Notes: cherry red robe. The bouquet is soft, on red fruits such as raspberry, a little low-key from its bottling. There is a hint of scented flowers, roses. The palate gives bright red fruits with iron in the tannins, drinks well now, with that mineral sense serving it well for that purpose. The length is sound, the aftertaste clear. There is a good spot of intensity in the red fruit. 13°.
