As a Bordeaux Rouge, this wine is intended to be drunk fresh, it is young and fruity with spice and prevelant plums. The nose is dominated by spices and herbs. The earthy finish tastes great going down especially with grilled meats.

Age of vines (avg): 28 years
Wine making: Traditional, in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
Ageing: 10 months in tanks
Blending: Merlot (70%), Cabernet-sauvignon (27%), Cabernet franc (3%)
Tasting note: A dark purple colour. The nose reveals red fruits aromas (raspberry, cherry). It is fresh with a beautiful structure thanks to the silky tannins, and it can be aged.
