100% Merlot. Ageing: 12 months in 50% new, 25% 1 year old, 25% 2 years old oak barrels.
This wine has a deep ruby color, which is tinged with dark shades more sustained. Clear and shiny, it offers violet reflections because it is still young.
This wine confers intense and elegant aromas of red fruits on hints of spices; vanilla, cinnamon. It also offers a warm and round woody, enhanced by scents of jam.
This is a gourmet and generous wine offering the palate the same aromas as the nose. The attack is ample and supple. The ripe fruits accompany wonderfully the rounded woody, to finish on a beautiful end of mouth which leaves us dreamer.
It will marry wonderfully with your everyday dishes as with the most elaborate dishes. Salty, sweet, do not hesitate to associate it with your own taste. Red wine and chocolate make a wonderful couple!
