Falcone Syrah Paso Robles
Wine Information
The Syrah shows bright aromas along with great structure. Our vines were farmed meticulously maintaining the proper number of clusters for each individual shoot. This technique produces a very intense wine that captures the flavors of our site. The Syrah was aged in a combination of French and American Oak (20% new French oak and 7% new American oak) for 10 months.
Classic aromas of boysenberry and cherry with a smoky accent dominate the wine, while cranberry, blackberry flavors and refined tannins round out the flavors and finish.
